OH Christmas TREE!!!

Last week I traveled to Madison for the One of a Kind Stamp Show.  (my favorite stamp show!)

I saw my friend Jackie Wamhoff of Inky Antics and we were catching up and talking our favorite subject - Honey POP!

She had these wonderful 3D apples in a basket made of honey-pop and we got talking about making a christmas tree for the Holidays!  Before I knew it ideas were running through my head.....

Maybe I should have called this post .... OOOOOH Christmas Tree!

I added lights (a necklace of mine) and fun confettti snow for a little scene....

To assure you that YES this is 3D here is a picture looking down from the top.

I don't know ... something is still missing .....

I added this little friend to my scene ....

To all my blog friends ... get out there and get creative this holiday season!
Thanks again to Jackie for my inspiration this weekend to create this wonderful little scene!

I love this little guy!!!
Here is an ATC that I whipped up!!

It's sometimes soo much fun to take a digital image and just use a part of it.
Don't get me wrong ... I love Jehanne's Christmas Bird image.

Dear Santa .....

Dear Santa ... although it's been a very challenging year, I have been good  :)

I love this Santa image from Whimsy and Stars Studio.
The great thing about digis is that you can resize them and use only what you want.
That is what I did with this Santa.  I blew him up (LOL) and then only used his head (more LOL).

I thought Santa should have some eyes .. so I drew them in!
I also put glossy accents on his glasses.

Got Time???

I sure feel like I don't have much time lately ... mostly due to lots going on at work!

For this week's Wicked Wednesday ATC Challenge we are featuring this great image by Tidly Inks.

I took the image and printed the clocks over and over.  I then cut all of those out.  I used Versamark and clear embossing powder to make them glassy and glossy.  I colored Alice with my copics and then made her clock glossy and glassy too.  I pooped her on fun foam and added a sentiment.
