Celebration!

When I think of weddings and Royalty I think purple ... so I wanted to do a purple card. I used the Single Bird with Rings image from Just Some Lines. I colored the image with my copic markers and then made a fun Rosette with the new Tim Holtz's Rosette maker. I added a button and purple ribbon tied in a bow through the button. I added the sentiment from a set from the Angel Company called Linear Sentiments and made it into a waving banner.

Hard Boiled

Happy Easter Egg

This image is from Just Some Lines ... isn't it cute!!! It's called Hard Boiled 1. I added "happy easter" to his sign and colored him with my copics. I added Glossy Accents to the egg to make it shiny and 3D. I added a fun border along the bottom with TAC's pretty posies stamp set. Added a flower, ribbon, a button, and floss!

Toe Dip

Hi! I am so excited to be a new member of the Just Some Lines Design Team. I posted today for the first time on their blog .... just dipping my toes in ... and testing the water!

I used the new image called Emo Angel - Little Dip and colored her with my copic markers. I popped the image using fun foam and then added baker's twine and a tag to the card. I then added a little bling by coloring the angel wings and water with my glitter pen.

Adorable Doggy

As a lot of my friends know I say "adorable!!" a lot!

So when I saw this challenge to use an adorable critter on a card and post it on your blog .. how could I resist?

Purple Afghan ....

Nope it is not a purple "blanket" ... it's an afghan dog wearing purple ... isn't she ADORABLE!!!

I used an image called Dog Wears Hat 2 from Just Some Lines and colored her with my copics. I added a rosette made with my new Tim Holtz die. I also added tan ribbon, a purple button, tan scrapper's floss, and fun foam to pop everything!

TODAY is the DAY!

Testing the Waters!

So I have tested the waters and I am taking the plunge. I tried out for the Just Some Lines Design Team ... and low and behold ... I made it!!!

Just Some Lines (JSL) is a fabulous digi company created by Jehanne.

For this card I used Emo Angel-Little Dip and Sea Side - Rocks and combined the 2. I colored it with my copics and then I sponged the sky with Reflection Blue Palette ink. I added bling to her wings with my Stardust Glitter pen and added more bling to the bottom of the card.

I created this card using 10968MC Spa Turtle Clear Set from Inky Antics.

As you can see by the "hints" in the photo, this greeting would make a perfect accompaniment to a gift of bath goodies for a special friend. As you begin another busy week, I hope YOU will take a few moments to relax, too!
