Flying by on Inky Antics ....

Here is today's post over on Inky Antics .....
Chelsea Comer and her family love baseball. They watch it on TV, participate in fantasy baseball leagues, cheer on their resident player (Chase, who is Chelsea and Tony's son), and travel around the country to different ball parks.

"Our lives really revolve around baseball," claims Chelsea. "Favorite teams in our household include the St. Louis Cardinals, the Arizona Diamondbacks, and the Philadelphia Phillies."

Boy, wouldn't it be handy if the characters from 11081MC Aviator Benton Clear Set (drawn by artist Darby New) could suddenly come to life, so that little flying bear could take the Comers from game to game:

But the good news is that he has come to life...at least in this fantastic card that Chelsea created:

If you look closely at the clouds, you'll see how they're layered and the smallest one is backed with foam tape:

Benton is assembled with several pieces stamped and stacked to add a wonderful dimensional quality.

I just love the flowy sentiment banner, which has been shaped with a gentle wave:

Chelsea chose these five words to describe her stamping style: whimsical, clean, and simple, embellished, and fun.

"I like to stamp and color whimsical and fun images. My cards are pretty clean and simple but still always have at least one if not two or three embellishments on them."

Here's another glance at the whole card, with the various elements combined :

It all comes together in a finished project that is "just plane fun"!

ENJOY!!!
