I love love love this little ghost from Bugaboo.
It's actually a part of a larger image that I trimmed down.
It's called Make it Snappy Boo to You and I colored it with my copics.
I took a coaster and covered it with black cardstock and then took my threading water punch to make the decorative border. I added a white satin ribbon.
